KairoPlanner (the "Service") respects user privacy and handles only the minimum information required. We do not permanently store user data in a server database.
2. Information We Handle
- Authentication data for Google integration (including access tokens)
- Schedule data retrieved from Google Calendar (within the displayed period)
- Local device settings (selected calendars, display layer, and view date)
3. Purpose of Use
- Temporary processing to display schedules on the timeline
- Maintaining authentication status (session management with encrypted cookies)
- No use for advertising, resale, external transfer, or AI training
4. Third-Party Sharing and External Services
The Service uses Google APIs to retrieve schedule data. Except where required by law, we do not provide user information to third parties without consent.
5. About AI Usage
The Service does not use generative AI or machine learning models to process user data.
6. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, and tampering.
7. Google User Data Retention and Deletion
- Google user data (access tokens and Google Calendar event data) is handled only as needed to display timelines and maintain authentication.
- Event data is used temporarily for display and is not permanently stored in a server database.
- Access tokens are stored only in an encrypted session cookie and are retained only until token expiry (typically about one hour).
- When a user switches accounts or resets the session, the related session cookie is deleted immediately.
- Users can revoke this app's Google account access at any time from their Google account permissions settings.
